Job Description and Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will provide network security engineering support to the contract focusing on SIGINT systems interconnectivity. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following aspects of the system engineering function:

  • Switches, routers, encryption devices, copper and fiber connectivity and protocols.
  • Working with Cisco and Juniper devices, file storage applications in native and virtual environments. 
  • Primary responsibilities will include design, integration, test, operations, and maintenance of connecting networks.
  • Support operational systems after-hours and on a call-in basis.
  • Protocol support will include, but is not limited to TCP, UDP, RDP, DHCP, SSH, NTP, DNS, ARP, ICMP, SCP, and TFTP.
  • Includes a fundamental understanding of access control list (ACL); network address translation (NAT); virtual private networking (VPN); public key infrastructure (PKI); and authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, the incumbent must have a BS degree in a technical field. Strong LINUX experience is required. A proactive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to integrate into an existing technical team comprised of contractors and government customers are required. A Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Certification is highly desirable and can substitute for 1 year experience.

Technical Skills Required:

Embedded FPGA Engineer to design, implement, test, debug, and maintain embedded software and FPGA HDL for networked digital signal processing products.  Develop and field prototype systems in response to emerging customer requirements… Test and validation, and providing documentation. Engineer will develop FPGA designs in Verilog and/or VHDL for all major vendors.

        • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
        • 3-8 years of commercial embedded software (firmware) and HDL development experience

    This position requires a senior software engineer providing full system and software life-cycle support for incremental software functionality, web/graphic user interface development, and database support.      Required Skills and Qualifications:

    To be successful in this position, the candidate must have a minimum of 7 years with software development lifecycle experience; BS degree or related engineer/technology degree can substitute for 2 years; JAVA development experience; and Experience in Agile development methodology. In addition, the candidate should have the following required skills:

    Senior Missions Support Specialist (w/ Programming)

     Job Description and Responsibilities:

    The Senior Missions Support Specialist will be responsible for developing strategies and recommendations for optimization of collection. In addition, the Senior Missions Support Specialist will be responsible for the following as it relates to the function of this role:

    • Trouble shooting signal and data-flows related to SIGINT systems; define system requirements, developing technical solutions, functional analysis, conduct trade studies and perform test and evaluation activities.
    • SIGINT system and subsystem level tasking, configuration, normalization, survey, equipment configuration, basic signal analysis, interpretation of system health indications and parameters and routing process.
    • Concept design, fabrication, software integration and configuration, HW/SW testing, and installation.
    • Assist the Collection Management Branch in GTO’s Mission Operations Division.

     The Senior Missions Support Specialist will also provide mission manager support to systems and networks by using the customer’s enterprise repositories to:

    • Provide value assessments based on collection and reporting trends
    • Derive network knowledge of the collection environment to meet the customer’s strategic and mission prioritized needs
    • Partner with system engineers to design, integrate, and deploy additional system capabilities to further the system’s mission performance

     Basic Skills and Qualifications:

    To be successful in this role, the incumbent must have hands on experience with system tasking, configuration, number normalization, survey, basic signal analysis, interpretation of system health indicators and parameters, and data flow processes.

    • US Citizenship is required. This position also requires an active Top Security/SCI with Polygraph Clearance.
    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) and 5+ years of experience.
    • Candidate must possess knowledge of National SIGINT Requirements Process, SIGINT collection systems, and corporate enterprise repositories.
